terrible access
Yes, you sent details of how to access the property , HOWEVER, I am 76 years old and stupidly read access code ,didn't read it fully.On arriving , I couldn't follow the access system on the phone , I stopped a couple of people , and a German couple (who spoke and read English )fully computer literate spent 30 minutes getting the door open .The key jammed once later in the stay , and I asked the Santa Maria staff to help, fortunately they did saying the key sometimes because it isn't quite aligned, and they had to jiggle it about . After 5 minutes they freed it and I got in(worried for the rest of the holiday it would happen again)The couple in Room 135 also stopped me and asked if I could get them into their Room on arriving , as they couldn't access. in the end they gave up after 15minutes and rang your Rep . She said she would remotely access entrance --BUT FAILED--and told them to sit in reception , and arrived to let them in The system is terrible , and I wouldn't be able to use it again , even reading the instructions again
