Welcome to our comfortable and safe private single rooms. You can easily book and pay for your stay online. We will arrange your personal access prior to arrival. My co-hosts and I are always available to assist you with tips and recommendations for the best bars and restaurants in the area.

Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM. In case of emergencies, we are available 24/7. While we are not a hotel, we offer comfortable and secure self-service accommodations. Additionally, we provide international guest support and do our best to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Nearby, you will find a wide selection of fantastic restaurants (including delivery options) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This room is located in a great spot, close to the charming city center of Tilburg. The train station is just a few minutes’ walk away, ideal for guests traveling by public transport.

You can easily stroll through the characteristic streets into the charming city center. This area, known as the Dwaalgebied, is perfect for wandering around and offers a delightful mix of trendy shops, design boutiques, and cozy cafés. Just behind this area, you’ll find the main shopping streets, making the center compact yet versatile – perfect for a day of shopping.

Cross the railway tracks to the lively Spoorzone, an area full of hotspots where you can enjoy a drink or a delicious meal. A little further, there is a beautiful city park, ideal for a relaxing walk in nature.

Attending a concert at Poppodium 013 or an event in the Spoorzone? No problem, everything is within walking distance!

The room is located on the first floor of a monumental building from 1931. The building was designed by the famous architect C.M.B. (Casper) van den Beld, who designed many buildings in Tilburg and won a design competition organized by Heineken to build a new hotel at that time.

The building's rich history is further highlighted by the beautiful stained-glass windows in the stairwell. These windows depict various forms of transportation over the years and contain the coats of arms of Brabant, Tilburg, and the Netherlands. All of this gives the building a unique historical and artistic character.

Additionally, the building is designed in the influential style of "De Stijl," characterized by clean lines and primary colors such as red, blue, and yellow, making your stay in this building even more special.

This room is perfect for a solo traveler looking to explore Tilburg in style. The room is tastefully decorated with a modern herringbone floor and sleek finish that creates a warm and comfortable home-like atmosphere. After a long day of work or sightseeing, this quiet room offers a peaceful retreat.

The bathroom and toilet are shared with up to two other guests, each with their own lockable door for privacy.

The kitchen is also shared, so while we cannot always guarantee it will be spotless, you are welcome to use it during your stay.

Our room is ideally located for those who want to make the most of Tilburg and the surrounding area! Within walking distance, you’ll find plenty of activities: laser tag, go-karting, escape rooms, indoor mini-golf, bowling, and a cozy cinema. Music lovers can enjoy performances at Poppodium 013, and for a relaxing walk, the city park is perfect. Doloris offers a unique maze experience, and in the idyllic Pius Haven, you can rent a boat or go paddleboarding.

Just a 15-minute drive away, you’ll find top destinations like the Efteling, Safaripark Beekse Bergen, LaTrappe Brewery, and the Drunense Duinen – perfect for a day out.

With the station nearby, you can reach Amsterdam in 60 minutes, Rotterdam in 35 minutes, and Eindhoven in just 20 minutes. Tilburg University is also easily accessible by train or bus in just 5 minutes. And of course, the bicycle is always a fast, typically Dutch option!
