Glandwr, Newport - Four Bedroom Cottage, Sleeps 6
Glandwr or 'By the Water' is an old farmhouse believed to be nearly 280 years old. It has been restored and continuously renovated during the last 60 years it has been in family ownership.With access to Traeth Mawr or Big Beach, harbour and river (you can wade across at low tide to Big Beach), this is an ideal property for families old and young.
Families will have no end of fun down in the harbour and parents can cross over for a long walk along Big Beach. For those not wanting to build sand castles, there is the Pembrokeshire Coast Path starting just across the road from Glandwr, by which you can reach all the bays in either direction.
In addition, on the other side of the river, is Newport Golf Club with its 18 holes, nice restaurant and spectacular views across the bay on to Myndd Carn Ingli Mountain (Mount of Angels.
Fun parks, castles, candle makers, potteries, galleries (excellent one in Newport), pubs, and restaurants abound throughout the county.
ACCOMMODATION
Glandwr sleeps 6 in 4 bedrooms: 1 king-size bed and 2 twin rooms. A twin bedroom is on the ground floor, so may suit guests with restricted mobility. There is an additional single room available on request.

Utility Room: washing machine, tumble dryer, Belfast sink (for wet and sandy clothes) iron and board, gas boiler and controls, first aid box

Enclosed rear patio with tables, chairs sun loungers. Parking for 1 car on the forecourt. Further parking available by request in opposite field on hard standing.
