The Stables, a spacious barn conversion, offers the perfect base for your holiday. Set in beautiful countryside, with stunning views and less than 10 minutes from the beach at Newgale on Pembrokeshire’s beautiful St Brides Bay, it's the ideal retreat.

ACCOMMODATION
The Stables sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 triple bunk bedroom. Ideal for guests with restricted mobility, there is a ground floor double bedroom plus bathroom. The triple bunk bedroom is also on the ground floor. The barn is fully accessible with level access from the car park. The living area is open-plan. We are keen to lighten the load of parents travelling with young children so we can provide cots, highchairs, stair gates, baby monitors, baby baths etc. If you need anything else, please ask as most requests can normally be accommodated.
DOWNSTAIRS
Master bedroom: double bed, bedside tables, dressing table, chair
Bedroom 2: triple bunk bed (lower double and upper single), wardrobe, chair, chest of drawers
Bathroom: wet room shower, bath, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail
Living area: log burner, large L-shaped sofa, 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, digital TV with DVD player and Freeview, music system with iPod docking station
Kitchen/dining area: fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven and hob, plastic plates/cutlery for youngster guests
UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 3: double bed, bedside tables, double wardrobe, sofa, chair
Bathroom 2: bath, wash basin, separate shower, WC, heated towel rail
OUTSIDE
There is a patio to the rear of the property with garden table, seating for 8 and BBQ. Communal lawned area to the front of the barns, with space for kicking a ball around. Extensive children's play area in a wooded area to the side of the barns which is fully visible from the front of the barns. This is enclosed and safe.
Plenty of parking to the rear of the barns with nominal two spaces allocated to The Stables. Wildlife pond which is fully enclosed and not accessible to our guests for safety reasons.
