Its strategic location allows a quick and convenient connection to the city center of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to the Plaza de Castilla bus interchange, which also has metro lines 9, 10 and 1 (direct to Gran Vía). It's also close to Chamartín station, with regional and commuter train lines.

The apartment:
A cozy apartment located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, with capacity to accommodate 4 people.

Its comfortable layout and modern design integrate the dining area, a modern American-style kitchen equipped with high-end utensils and appliances, and a spectacular living room with a double sofa bed, a smart TV and decorative elements that make the space pleasant at any time of the day.

It has a large bedroom with wardrobe and double bed, and a comfortable and modern bathroom with shower.

The property has internet access and air conditioning in all rooms.
The crib is subject to availability. Please let us know at least 5 days in advance.

The refurbishment works on the property will be carried out until the end of the year.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will take place at the end of May and, in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will take place in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

The registration process involves mandatory online registration for each guest, before accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in between 21:00 and 02:00 has an additional fee of EUR 50 and must be paid in cash.

Please contact our team 48 hours before arrival and follow the instructions provided carefully. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your registration, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate the delivery of the keys.
