From its' balcony overlooking Falmouth Marina, 'Topsail' enjoys spectacular views over the water to the old fishing village of Flushing and the surrounding open countryside. 'Topsail' accommodates up to four guests.
The first floor open plan living area has vaulted ceilings allowing the full height glazed wall to flood the room with light, with french doors affording access to the balcony seating area. There is a good sized dining area and a lavishly equipped kitchen.
There are two bedrooms, one having an 'en suite' shower room and the other the use of the main family bathroom.
There are popular dining and drinking choices just a short stroll away. A further delightful riverside walk, just ten minutes or so, will bring you to Falmouths' Old High Street and beyond, with its' abundance of eateries and independent shopping.
There is a reserved parking bay and further unrestricted on-road parking in the immediate vicinity.
