Come and relax at our unique Bungalow. Casa Kalyes is truly unique as our bungalow is well located. The pool entrance is just in front of the property, where you can relax in the terrace and see the kids playing or swimming.
Only a small walk to the beach (200m) and the large pool at a stones throw.
It is close to all local amenities.
Couple of minutes walk to Playa Lisa and Playa Tamarit.
15 mins walk to the port.
15 mins walk to Pola park (3mins drive)
Only 10mins drive from Alicante airport
2 bedroom Bungalow with private terrace, free private parking, tennis court and Santa Pola's largest pool all in a quiet residential development.
The bungalow is air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in each room.
Bedroom 1: kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: x2 single beds.
Living room: large L Shaped sofa (opens to king-size bed), 50" TV, dining table with chairs.
Fully equipped kitchen includes kettle, toaster, coffee machine and microwave.
Utility room: washing machine.
Terrace: table with chairs, retractable manual awning (canopy).
