About this property

Home with stunning sea views, located on a Private Quay, on the edge of Milford Haven Waterway. Enjoy relaxing on the large balcony, accessed directly from the living area, perfect for watching the sunrise or socializing throughout the day. When it's time to venture out and about to the nearby town or marina, both are within walking distance. If it is adventure you seek the house is conveniently located to visit many of the local attractions of Pembrokeshire.
The space
Old Castle as the property is known, was built around 1780 as a Merchants House, many of the Georgian features are present, beautiful hardwood original period staircase to the three floors, large arched window onto courtyard, as well as vaulted ceilings on upper floor, amongst a few features.
A large south facing balcony now further enhances your experience, with the sun crossing towards the west for most of the day.
The views from the bedrooms, large lounge and balcony are unspoilt panoramic views of the Haven Waterway towards Neyland and Pembroke to the East, with Angle towards the setting sun.
Situated on a private quay with no through road, so very peaceful with only passing yachts and fishing boats for company. The slipway to the left of the property invites you to launch your kayak, dinghy or paddle board while the beach is there if you fancy a paddle or refreshing swim.
The property is newly renovated to enhance its features and we hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we do.
