Apt Parc Del Mar is a delightful holiday apartment located in an exclusive residential complex opposite beach in Sitges. The complex is immaculately maintained and offers 4 large swimming pools and beautiful landscaped gardens.
It has air conditioning throughout with four well furnished bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. There is a large open plan living / dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. and two lovely terraces providing the perfect setting for alfresco dining or simply relaxing.
There is a dining table as well as lounge furniture and sunbeds on the terraces. There are view overlooking the golf course with tantalising glimpses of the sea on one side of the apartment and views over the swimming pools on the other side.
ACCOMMODATION
The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and the beds are very comfortable. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Bedroom 1 – Spacious Master suite with large bathroom, and walk-in wardrobes and large terrace with a glimpse of the sea.
Bedroom 2 – Double bed with built-in wardrobes, leading out to terrace.
Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes leading out to terrace overlooking the communal pool area.

BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1 – Ensuite - Bath, separate Large shower, double washbasin, bidet and toilet.
Bathroom 2 – Large shower, toilet and washbasin

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
- The complex area features 4 large swimming pools and 2 children’s pools.
- The apartment is located on the first floor with access via an elevator or stairs.
- There is one allocated secure underground parking space and the complex offers 24 hour security with a porter.
- The beach is just opposite the complex and the town centre is a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front.
- There are two great beach bars very close by, along with two good restaurants and a mini supermarket with fresh bread.
