Beautiful Villa Lucia with views over Sitges

Villa Lucia is a spacious, comfortable, and charming family holiday home designed in the classic Spanish style, located in the sought-after Valpineda area of Sitges. Valpineda offers a serene environment while being a 25-minute walk from Sitges’ bustling center. There are good restaurants, bars, tennis courts, a gym, public pools, and various sports facilities close to the villa.

Elevated and sunny, it offers fantastic views of Sitges and the sea. With an 8m x 4.5m swimming pool and extensive gardens, it’s perfect for family relaxation in the Mediterranean sun. Villa Lucia offers a tranquil family holiday while remaining close to amenities and Sitges’ vibrant town. The villa is an easy 30 minute drive from Barcelona airport.

ACCOMMODATION
Villa Lucia is arranged over 3 floors as follows;

Ground Floor
You enter Villa Lucia through a spacious hallway. To your right is the spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar and fully equipped with everything needed for a fantastic holiday.

Double doors from the hallway lead into the bright and spacious living room and dining area. The living room has two large and comfortable sofas and a charming fireplace for those cooler out of season nights. The lounge has a large terrace with wonderful views across Sitges and out to the blue Mediterranean sea.

Warm summer nights can be enjoyed on the terrace with its spacious dining area with seating for up to 10 people, ambient lighting and BBQ. The terrace also has stairs giving access to the pool area and garden.

A few stairs up from the entry level hallway leads to the first bedroom with a large sofa bed. It also features a full sized piano. Double doors lead directly out onto the lovely garden and round to the pool area. Adjacent to the bedroom is a separate toilet and a shower.

First Floor
Stairs from the entrance hall lead up to the first floor where two further bedrooms are located. The delightful blue master suite has a private bathroom and a large private terrace with panoramic sea views. There is also a twin bedroom with ensuite bath and shower.

Attic Room
From the first floor a further set of stairs leads you to the family room suite in the attic. The family suite has a high ceiling, and is full of light and bright pink colors. It also has its own ensuite shower and toilet.

Villa Lucia sleep up to 9/10 people in 4 bedrooms arranged as follows;

Bedrooms:
Bedroom One – Master suite with large doors to terrace and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom Two – Four single beds or two doubles with ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom Three – Twin beds with ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom Four – Large sofa bed with doors to the garden and bathroom next door.
An additional single bedroom is available if required.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 – Large ensuite with double washbasins & large walk-in shower.
Bathroom 2 – Ensuite with bath & washbasin.
Bathroom 3 – Ensutie with shower, washbasin & toilet.
Bathroom 4 – Shower & toilet.

Gardens
Villa Lucia has the perfect outside space for a family holiday. To the front of the villa is a fantastic 8m x 4m swimming pool surrounded by plenty of private sunbathing areas and beautiful mature Mediterranean plants, which creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

Attractive stoned arches under the house provide an ideal area in which to relax in the shade and escape the hot midday sun. At the rear of the villa is a large garden with plenty of space for children to play. There is a large artificial grassed area ideal for ball games.

There is also a charming covered dining area with a table seating 8 people. There are also sofas and additional informal seating.

There is secure off-street shaded parking for one car at Villa Lucia and unlimited and free on-street parking at the front of the villa and no permits are required.

*Please note that Villa Lucia does have a steep driveway up to the house*

Good to know:
– Bus and taxi services are easily available; however, the centre of Sitges is an enjoyable 25-minute walk. The return is a steep uphill walk.
– Tennis courts, a gymnasium, two public swimming pools and other sports facilities are close by.
– There are restaurants and bars a short walk from the villa.
– Villa Lucia is not suitable for wheelchair users.
– Villa Lucia does have a short steep drive way up to the villa..
– The villa also has a few narrow stairs at the side of the villa going down to the pool.
– There is secure off-street parking for one car and unlimited on-street parking at the front of the villa.
