- Smoking is not permitted inside the suites and rooms.

- No noise is allowed between 10pm and 8am.
- Unsupervised swimming pool. It is the responsibility of its users and guests to take all necessary precautions, supervise minors, etc.
- Unauthorized parties and events.
- Maximum number of people per house - 5 people.

6. Missing or damaged items after the stay has been charged (deposit).
