About this property
Panteinion Hall CLOSED FOR BOOKINGS
Immerse yourself in 400-year-old history at Panteinion Hall. Explore a bar/lounge, games room, vintage record player, spacious dining area, and a poker room. Nestled in Friog, this 17th-century house offers serene surroundings with the soothing sounds of waterfalls and birds. Ideal for a tranquil getaway with ample entertainment. Rich in history, not modern perfection. Whether your with friends or family or both, there is plenty for everyone to enjoy.
The space
Welcome to our historic 400-year-old house, featuring 10 bedrooms with four en-suites. Currently, we offer 8 bedrooms, sleeping 20, comprising 8 double/king-size beds, 2 singles, and 1 bunk bed.
With ongoing redecoration and restoration in the other rooms, by summer, we'll have 10 bedrooms accommodating up to 24 guests, with 2 extra double beds and an extra single.
Step into our cosy downstairs lounge with a bar and fireplace, evoking the ambiance of a classic pub. Enjoy a game of darts by the warmth of the fire. The lounge spills into a dining/games room, perfect for meals and a round of pool. Venture into our underground poker room, still a work in progress but promising dark and daring fun for family and friends.
Each room exudes its own unique charm and quirks. If you prefer clean, crisp lines, this might not be for you; we celebrate the character of old homes here.
Guest access
Guests have access to all grounds up to the stone wall, as shown in the picture. You're welcome to use any open rooms without locks or signage. Please be aware that the cabin's utility is not included unless specifically requested.
Other things to note
If you're interested in booking the cabin for your stay, please reach out to us directly. Additionally, if you're planning any celebrations such as birthdays or anniversaries, feel free to message us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
