Summary:
Located in the pristine area of Las Brisas, near Puerto Banus, you will find our duplex apartment with three bedrooms, large balcony and private rooftop terrace. The urbanisation has a communal pool and is family oriented.
Pueblo Las Brisas is a very popular choice for holiday-makers due to the spacious apartments and convenient location. Set in the midst of well-established golf courses, such as Las Brisas and Aloha Golf Club but also just a short drive to all other amenities. It is ideal for golfers, families and couples who are looking to enjoy a bit of luxury during their stay.
There is even a shuttle bus available which runs directly from the complex to the beach and Puerto Banús; perfect for avoiding the busy summer traffic and allowing for maximum time in the sun.
Important: this urbanization does not allow all male and all female groups.

The Space:
Our three bedroom apartment offers ample space for six guests, including two childeren as one of the bedrooms is prepared with a bunk bed. Both the large master bedroom and the guest room have an ensuite bathroom. The childens room's bathroom is located in the hallway next to the kitchen.
The open plan living room is connected to the large terrace with lounge furniture . The living room offer a large sofa and dining table to enjoy your cosy evenings.
Guest Access:
During each reservation, you can use the apartment and the shared pool in the urbanisation. When staying in the urbanisation it is mandatory to follow all rules and regulations in regards to the pool, normal usage and the noise. In addition, you will be able to park you car in the underground parking garage.
The Neighborhood:
Las Brisas is located just minutes behind Nueva Andalucia, most known for the peaceful area offering guests a tranquil environment. It offers the perfect getaway from the regular busy life. The development locate in a fantastic location, with proximity to a range of renowned golf courses, including Aloha Golf Club, Los Naranjos and Las Brisas.
Whilst also being a short drive to Puerto Banús, Marbella’s Golden Mile and the beach. Perfect for golfers and those looking for a peaceful holiday base within easy reach of all amenities. Lastly, there are several small restaurants and local grocery store within reach by car.
Getting Around:
Marbella has a very hill-vast area and we recommend each guest to use a rental car. Contact us if you need a rental car, a taxi pickup of information about how to get around. We are more than happy to give you all the information needed.
Other Things to Note:
1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. Therefore we can not guarantee access to any community swimming pool during this period.
9. We do not accept all male or all female groups.
10.For all services provided by the resort an additional fee is applicable.
11. They will charge an additional fee for the Gym, Spa and indoor pool. Please contact the community reception for information.
12. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
13. Because of the water shortage in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools. For this reason, they might be forced to close the pools. Sorry for the inconvenience.

TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us at any time.
Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
