The apartment

This lovely 70m2 apartment is located in the beautiful Albamar complex in Miraflores in an impeccably maintained and fenced garden with 3 swimming pools, one of which is open all year. With attention to detail and style, it can accommodate 4 guests accross one double bed and two single beds.

On the ground floor of a three-storey building, the apartment is bright and airy, in a relaxing setting.

With a comfortable living room that opens onto a large south-facing terrace as well as a smaller terrace that faces west, this apartment gets a lot of sunshine.

The master suite has its own shower room and toilet and there is a separate shower room for guests.

In the living room there is a smart TV and WiFi as well as dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay:

From the living area take the path to the pool area and water feature with the two huge carp affectionately know as 'the sharks'.

The complex has free street parking all around and is within a 15 min walking distance of shops, the beach and the M-220 bus line to Marbella or Fuengirola. There is an international supermarket 1 minute walk away as well a selection of really great restaurants.

Malaga airport is 32 km away.We have an excellent taxi service that will pick you up and take you directly to the apartment (please ask for details), there are also very good bus connections.

Cala de Mijas is a half hour walk along the beach promenade or less than 5 minutes by car. For those who do not like to walk, we recommend renting a car.

One street down you have Miraflores Club restaurant and a further 6 minutes from there, close to the beach, you have a large selection of cafes and restaurants by the Riviera shopping centre. There is free parking available for all of these venues also.Miraflores Golf is right next door and more golf courses are available nearby.We are very excited to work with Clubs for Hire (clubsforhirecom) to offer rental of golf equipment. The team will arrange with us so that you have everything ready when you arrive and they will take it away after your check out. So easy!

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited and pets are not allowed in the apartment. Albamar is a relaxed and generally quiet complex, please ensure that noise levels are kept to a minimum.For check-in after 22:30 there is an additional charge, please check this before travel.

Please do not leave the key in the door, as it may be necessary to call the locksmith to open and you would be liable for the call out fee.

This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
