I am a native Chiangmai, that can speak Thai, Chinese and English. would like to Welcome you to my home.In our room we have small kitchen, hot water in bathroom, iron , drinking water, strong wifi, hair dryer, towel, shampoo, liquid soap ,microwave, refrigerator and hanger. I have a coffee shop beside the condo. I can serve you a good coffee and yummy Thai food. This room with balcony and mountain view. Near Chiangmai University and Nimman road. 我是清迈华人。会说泰文,英文和中文。除了这间房我还有自己的咖啡馆在旁边,我可以泡咖啡给你喝,可以做菜给你吃。 我的房间有阳台,可以看山景。离清迈大学很近一分钟到。

I also have car you can rent at cheaper price than elsewhere.
I can also arrange a private car to pick you up at the airport at prices lower than standard airport taxi price and no hassle of explaining directions.
I also have my own coffee shop beside the condo. For sure I can make a good coffee for you.
Our cooking class can be arranged with fresh ingredients. There will be additional costs for cooking classes.
