Welcome to Basil's Retreat...A Beautifully Presented 2 Bedroom static Van set on the Monreith Sands Holiday Park. A lovely well kept site located in the small and picturesque coastal village of Monreith on the stunning Galloway coastline on the Southern West side of Scotland.  If Peace and Quiet is what you seek then there is no better place in my book.
The van offers you all the luxuries of home and a few more to make your stay as happy as possible. Perched on the highest point on the site...Sea views at the front, fields at the back ...who could wish for more.

The van offers...

Two Beautifully Presented Bedrooms, One Double and One with Two Single Beds.
All fresh Towels , Bedding and Linen provided.
A Spacious Shower Room.  Fully equipped Kitchen
And a Very comfortable Lounge with TV and Gas Fire
The van also features a Lovely Terrace with Outdoor Seating.  There is a Launderette but no further amenities are provided on site.

Wifi is provided in the Property...  The Galloway Coastline offers you the most rugged and breathtaking of scenery with many beaches stretching as far as the eye can see if your lucky you may find one all to yourself.
With nature all around this will suit the keenest of Walkers, Bird Watchers, Cyclist, Fishing, Canoeing etc or maybe you just want to chill out and relax...

Just a few minutes away is the Stunning St Medan Golf Course built over a series of hills, its quiet unique and will test the Keenest of Golfers.
Other Attractions include... The Beautiful Logan Botanical Gardens ,The Galloway Forest with its World Renowned Dark Skies and The Mull of Galloway....
To name but a few .With a Choice of Fine Pubs and Restaurants serving the Simplest and Tastiest of Fares to mouth watering 3 Course Meals Yum Yum...

Free Parking for 1 Car is available next to the Holiday Van.....House Rules... Smoking or Vaping is Strictly Not Permitted in this Property ,Including the Outside area.  Pets are Not Allowed in this Property .Check In is 4.00......For many Monreith is indeed a real unspoilt Jewel in the Scottish Crown but hey lets keep that just between ourselves...  Lastly I would just like to add this is a Quiet, Peaceful site if Partying is what you seek this is not the Van for you...As any Noise or Disruption that upsets and disturbs other people will not be Tolerated....Please remember this...
