Villetta della Poesia is a lovely 5-bed vacation cottage in Torre dell`Orso, just a few steps from the sea and the beautiful Grotta della Poesia in Roca Vecchia.
The villetta is equipped with all the main accessories: air conditioning, washing machine,
dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing
board, mosquito nets on the windows, toaster, juicer, grinder.
Also present in the garden are the heated outdoor shower and sun loungers.

Villetta della Poesia is a lovely, fully fenced vacation home in a residential complex in Torre dell`Orso.
The lovely garden,
partly paved and partly with ornamental plants, is equipped for
spending time outdoors. The entrance veranda is furnished with outdoor
sitting area. On the lawn are sun loungers to let the warm Puglia sun
kiss you.
Also in the back is a veranda with a wooden
canopy, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, and of
rocking chair for relaxing in the cool air. There is also a heated
outdoor shower, which is very useful when returning from the beaches.
The entrance to Villetta della Poesia is into a large living room with an open kitchenette, dining room and TV.
A
hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom and 1
triple bedroom furnished with bunk bed + single rollaway bed. Complete
from home 1 bathroom shower.
The air conditioning is in the living room, and is sufficient to cool the sleeping area as well.
The surroundings of Villetta della Poesia in Torre dell`Orso
The
vacation home is located in Torre dell`Orso in a very quiet residential
area. In the immediate vicinity you can reach a picturesque cliff
overlooking the deep blue of the Adriatic coast of Salento. On foot on a
pedestrian and bicycle path you can reach the famous Grotta della
Poesia.
The resort, marina of Melendugno, is particularly lively
in summer, with its historic lookout tower, picture-postcard beach with
pine forest and the legendary Due Sorelle, as well as all the main
services.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
