The structure does not have a parking space but 100 meters away there is a convenient paid garage for parking your car. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, blender, kettle, blender, plates, glasses, cutlery and various pots and pans to organize a "home made" lunch or dinner. It is equidistant from two metro stops "Museo" and "Materdei" which can be reached in just 7 minutes on foot. House rules 🏠
1) Respect the laws and regulations in force, with particular reference to those of the Municipal Police. Silence must be respected in the time slots between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. Parents (or those legally exercising parental authority) are jointly and severally liable for the acts performed by their minor children inside the facility and are required to supervise them and ensure that they behave in a polite and respectful manner under their direct responsibility.
2) Given the legal obligations incumbent on the owner of the Holiday Home, the stay is reserved exclusively for the persons indicated in the booking. For registration purposes, a few days before arrival, guests will be asked to fill in a form with their identification data. It is forbidden for persons not registered in the reservation to enter in the house.
3) Unless you have special needs and where possible, check-in will take place from 3 p.m. onwards; as we do not have a concierge service, please inform us of your arrival time (including any delays) by email or by telephone number that we will provide you with when booking. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide the host or a representative with a valid identity document (identity card, passport or driving licence) as required by current legislation, which will be returned to you promptly. Your data will be processed in accordance with current privacy legislation. Their use is reserved exclusively for the relevant availability/booking request, they will not be passed on to third parties and you can request their deletion at any time by contacting us.

7) At the time of booking or check-in the owner may request a security deposit to cover possible damages. The amount of the security deposit is at the owner's discretion and will be communicated at the time of booking. If the amount of damages exceeds the security deposit paid, the client must proceed with the full reimbursement of the damages, which will be ascertained in an adversarial manner at the time of the property's release.
8) Upon departure, the property manager and guests may inspect the property in order to assess any damages, both to the property and to the furnishings; damages, if any, must be paid for immediately.
9) Particular attention must be paid to the house keys; their loss will entail the replacement of the front door lock and therefore a penalty of 150.00 euro will be applied, an amount that will be deducted from the security deposit.
10) On the day of check-out the property must be returned at 11.00 a.m. so that the flat can be cleaned, unless special arrangements made at the time of check-in with the property manager. In case of late return of the property, guests will be charged a penalty equal to an additional day of stay, at the same agreed rate.
11) In order to reduce environmental impacts and with respect for the natural habitat, Guests will commit to not wasting water unnecessarily and to make appropriate and judicious use of electricity.
12) The house will be delivered clean, tidy and in good condition. Guests are expected to maintain it with care, placing their rubbish carefully in the rubbish bins, following the instructions for separate waste collection. It is recommended not to throw objects that could clog the pipes into the toilet or sinks. The kitchen must be left tidy and in good condition at check-out. Cleaning and tidying up the kitchenette is always the responsibility of the Client. In general, the Client is obliged to take the utmost care of the house, its furnishings and all household supplies and equipment provided and inventoried. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the amount of the security deposit will not be refunded.
13) These rules are published on our website and displayed inside the flats. Failure by guests to comply with any of the points contained herein during their stay may result in the immediate termination of their stay in the Holiday Home.
