- The Space-

The apartment has a spacious living room with a dining table and sofa and TV to relax. There is a direct access from the living room to the large terrace overlooking mature tropical inner garden. It is also equipped with a a dining set welcoming you to dine and wine al-fresco and chill out after. There are 3 bedrooms in total: 2 of them are equipped with double bed each, third bedroom has two bunk beds making this apartment a perfect solution for 2 families with 4 kids in total. It sleeps 8 guests in tranquility and luxury. There are 2 bathrooms, one is en-suit and the second is shared between two bedrooms. Master bedroom has en-suite dressing wardrobes and the exit to the terrace, Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might find necessary during your vacations, starting from kitchenware to home appliances, washing machine combined with drying machine and another dining set if you prefer to have your breakfasts in privacy.

Relax in the restaurant directly on the territory of the complex

If you prefer to be in the middle of everything on the Coast, then you are only 4 minutes walking distance to the beach and 10 minutes walking distance from the famous port of Puerto Banus with its yachts, restaurants, bars, night and day social life and Mistral Beach where there are lots of entertainment for kids.

- NIce to know:-

Late check ins after 19:00 will be charged extra 100€. Preference is given to the families with kids. No loud noisy parties are allowed. Mid term rent is available from September till June.

500€ security deposit is required prior check in.

One parking space in the underground garage is included in price.

We arrange airport pick up and drop off, private chef, extra cleaning, excursions and many more (extra costs apply)

You are welcome to use all facilities of the complex included indoor gym, spa, sauna heated pool etc. You will begin two cards to enter the spa area. Please, note that if you accidentally lose a card we will have to charge you 50€ for the new card.
