Payments:
Once the documents has been received you will receive instructions on how to proceed with different payments during your reservation.To reserve the apartment, you must pay the minimum amount corresponding to a monthly fee plus 10% of the total amount to the rental contract.
• Deposit: equivalent to 2 months of renting ( consult for stays of less than 3 months)• Agency fee: non-refundable. The agency commission corresponds to 10% of the total amount of the contract and must be paid when confirming the reservation plus the month of renting.
Utilities:
The utilities will be included in the total amount for your reservation but only up to 225 € per month. If this amount is more at the end of each month you will have to pay the difference and it can be taken from the security deposit.
The contract:
Once all the payments and documents are received your reservation will be confirmed and you will have to sign a contract with all the rental conditions with the duration of the stay, the established costs and the terms and conditions of use of the apartment. The signature of the contract will be done on the day of the delivery of keys if all the documentation and payments have been delivered.
Security Deposit:
You will have to pay a security deposit that will depend on the duration of your stay:- 1 month: 500 €- 2 months: 700 €- 3 months: 900 €If your reservation is longer than 4 months you will have to pay 1 or 2 months as a security deposit depending on the duration of your stay.The deposit is used to guarantee coverage of any damage caused to the apartment or its contents. By accepting our terms and conditions of use, you agree that any damage caused by you or any of your companions will be deducted from the deposit and that you will also be responsible for any damage exceeding the value of the deposit.The deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the end of the contract, provided that the client leaves the apartment clean and in good condition after the final inspection.
Day of arrival:
Please note the following important information before booking:
- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).
- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Arrival after hours:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €40 in cash, after 11pm it will be €50.
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
