Apartment of 60 m2 in a luxury residence well located. Near the old port and the train station. 2nd Floor with elevator. Spacious and bright living room. Bathroom and separate WC, fridge / freezer, fan oven, 2 flat screen TVs, 2 large bedrooms, reversible bench seat in the living room. Terrace, garden furniture, secure private parking. Ideal for spending a week without a car.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, flexible during off-peak periods.
On request Linen kit (sheets, towels, tea towels etc ...) 35 € / 2pers and cleaning fee 50 €.

Séjour parfait à la ROCHELLE

Accueil très agréable avec un bon Pinault des Charente à déguster. Appartement spacieux, lumineux et pratique. Très bien situé, la voiture peut rester au parking. Adresse à retenir pour un futur séjour.

La location a été parfaite. L'appartement est idéalement placé et comme l'annonce le précise : pas besoin de la voiture. M. Liedts le propriétaire est très affable et attentionné.

Pour un séjour sans souci

Après un accueil sympathique, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement confortable idéalement situé à proximité des ports et du centre ville. La place de parking et l'ascenseur sont grandement appréciés. A revivre avec plaisir.

Très joli appartement, agréable, tout confbien situé dans La Rochelle. On peut tout visiter à pied.

Un énorme merci à M. LIEDS pour son accueil chaleureux. Il a eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher à la gare, nous a expliqué toutes les visites à faire. Et surprise.., sur la table, une bouteille de Pineau des Charentes nous attendait, offerte par M. LIEDS. Encore MERCI !

Vacances idéales

Encore MERCI pour l'accueil à la gare. En arrivant, belles surprises : Un Pineau des Charentes nous attendait sur la table, et nos lits étaient faits. L'appartement est idéalement situé, près de la gare, du vieux ports, aquarium, tout se fait à pied. Un Carrefour City se trouve à côté, boulangeries, pharmacie si besoin, restaurants ... Et cerise sur le gâteau la gentillesse de Monsieur LIEDTS qui nous a donné de bons conseils et que nous remercions encore.

Spacious and well equipped

The apartment was in a great location about 5 minutes walk from the old port, cafés, restaurants, a small supermarket and the big wheel. Our week was rather noisy due to musical events a few streets away. The apartment was spacious, bright and well equipped with everything we needed. Secure car-parking was a real bonus. Rene was very kind and helpful and provided plenty of tourist information.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire.appartement fonctionnel ,parking privé appréciable .quelques équipements seraient à renouveler (plaques électriques et cafetière ) il manque des portes manteau et un dressing dans la 2 em chambre aurait été bienvenue.sinon rien d’autre à dire .

Appartement fidèle aux photos de l’annonce. Extrêmement bien placé. A peine 5 mn à pied de la gare. Tout près du port et de la veille ville. On peut tout faire à pied. Excellent accueil du propriétaire qui est venu nous chercher à la gare et nous y a raccompagnés au retour. Délicate attention de bienvenue avec une bouteille de Pineau des Charentes. Tout le confort. Très bien situé, simple mais très agréable, il ne manque rien et l'accueil du propriétaire était chaleureux le tout agrémenté d'une bonne bouteille ;). On peut tout faire à pieds surtout si on aime la marche. A recommander.
