Bro Dawel is ideally positioned, within walking distance of both Parrog Beach and the shops, pubs and restaurants of the popular seaside village of Newport. This detached family home is comfortably furnished with sitting room and spacious cottage style fitted kitchen/diner. Stairs lead to the bedrooms above, the master bedroom with ensuite shower nestles in the eaves on the second floor and has super sea views over the roof tops from the Velux window. The kitchen leads out via covered access to original outbuildings which have been recently renovated to give a super modern utility room and shower room, perfect after a day at the beach. There is even an outside cold shower ideal for washing off wet suits. The garden is all enclosed with a long paved drive giving ample parking, alfresco meals can be enjoyed on the newly paved terrace or make use of the summerhouse at the end of the lawned garden, there is plenty of space for children to play. Conveniently located with the beautiful golden Newport sands beach and everything you need within walking distance in Newport so you can forget the car and enjoy a carefree holiday. Take to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore this rugged coastline on foot, take advantage of the Pocket Rocket bus to catch a lift back, head north over the headland towards the rocky inlets and Ceibwr Bay or south taking in the picturesque coves of Aberforrest with its woodland waterfall, Cwm Y Eglwys and Pwllgwaelod, the circular walk around Dinas Island is recommended, the views are stunning. Bird and wildlife enthusiasts will enjoy the tidal river estuary of the Nevern on which Newport sits, while keen sailors and kayakers will be enamoured there are many local events centring on the sea and boat club, and golfers will enjoy the golf club the sea views from the greens and club house are breath taking.A welcoming holiday home ideal for a truly relaxing break, whatever the season.
