A Blissful Week

The location of this holiday was really important to us. We needed a front line view of the sea for me, because I have a mobility issue, but plenty of walks, wildlife and bird spotting opportunities for my active husband. The view from the outside terrace was glorious, day in, day out, the tidal variations meant that all we wanted was wonderfully provided. Watching and listening to Spoonbills, little Egrets, Herons, Curlews, Berthold’s Pippits, as well as the eerie Cory’s Shearwater was amazing. The apartment was well appointed and suited us well. It was clean, welcoming and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the terrace, and cooked ‘at home’ a couple of evenings to vary the cuisine. We had no mosquitos, with clever mesh over the windows we needed to use for ventilation. Yaiza, the owner or agent was extremely helpful and she was at the apartment when we arrived. A blissful week!
