The terrace on this floor transforms into a true urban retreat, equipped with tables and chairs to enjoy the excellent climate of Seville, in addition to a refreshing swimming pool and an auxiliary room with a sink and refrigerator. An additional restroom provides extra convenience to this area of the house. From here, stairs lead to the solarium, where two sun loungers invite you to relax under the sun and enjoy unparalleled views of the Giralda.

Every detail of this residence has been meticulously selected to ensure a memorable stay in one of Sevilla's most coveted areas. This house is ideal for large families or groups of friends wishing to explore the city from a luxurious and comfortable setting.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
