The apartment consists of a living-dining room with access to the terrace, fully equipped open kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and a full bathroom. The apartment has been recently renovated and has air conditioning.
150 meters from the apartment, you will find all types of services, supermarket, bakery, and several restaurants. The S'Algar urbanization has a magnificent protected bathing area in the crystal-clear waters of S'Algar Bay where you can swim and practice snorkeling or sunbathe on the spacious sundecks.
No tourist services are provided (room service, meals, drinks,...) inside the accommodation during the clients' stay.
