Trevarthian Farm (Apartment) in Quintrell Downs can sleep four in two bedrooms.
Trevarthian Farm, a first-floor Annex consists of an open-plan kitchen and living space with an electric hob and oven, kettle, iron and ironing board, microwave and toaster, as well as a dining table that seats four and the living space has a TV, as well as board games. The bedrooms consist of a double room and a twin room, with a cot available if required. Outside, there is a large, shared garden with furniture and a barbeque. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but smoking is only permitted outside. Please make owners aware if you are brining dogs with you. You will find the closest shop and pub within 1.3 miles. Wifi, electric, bed linen and towels are all provided. Trevarthian Farm Annex is a delightful base to explore the surroundings of Cornwall. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 150 GBP.
