Netherby Grange Garden apartment has recently been refurbished. It is on the ground floor with a fully enclosed garden ideal for Families with children and pets.
We are located near very close the the Colwyn Bay Mountain Zoo and the fabulous Colwyn Bay, and Rhos-on-sea sandy beaches.
The apartment caters for up to 8 people, 2 pets and has a fully enclosed Garden
Please note there are STEPS leading to the entrance. The apartment itself is all on the same level
The property consists of family room with a double and bunk beds, with an enSuite Bathroom.
A double bedroom with its own shower.
A sofa bed in the lounge that turns into a Double Bed
A separate full bathroom with a shower and a bath
A filly equipped Kitchen with a range cooker and a dining area
Smart TV in the lounge and internet access
You have the full run of the apartment with no shared spaces
You will access the property via a keypad. The number will be the last 4 digits of the contact number you used to book. The host doesn't live on site but someone is nearby and available via a phone call
In the beautiful area of upper Colwyn Bay. Close Proximity to Welsh Mountain Zoo and Rydal Penrhos Private School. Great sea views ans close to amenities. A great base to explore the beautiful North Wales and all it has to offer.
