A perfect getaway for nature lovers. Both you and your pets are sure to have a wonderful time whether it be relaxing or exploring this amazing location.. Ground Floor:

Enclosed back garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Off road parking. No smoking.. This charming cottage is beautifully furnished and equipped to provide a perfect getaway for birdwatchers, nature lovers and beach enthusiasts alike. Nestled within easy walking distance to the beach and a good pub to offer convenience and relaxation in equal measure.
The cottage boasts an enclosed lawn garden, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in privacy, as well as a lovely seating terrace where you can unwind and enjoy.
For birdwatchers, there’s an added delight: less than a minute’s walk away there is a designated path which leads to a bird reserve which offers two hides, overlooking the water, where you can observe the plentiful birdlife in its natural habitat - free of charge. Or simply enjoy the amazing uninterrupted countryside views looking seaward from your Juliette balcony.
Holme Beach offers an expansive sandy beach that never gets busy, even during the summer season when dogs are allowed. The beach backs onto the Norfolk Wildlife Trust Holme Dunes Nature Reserve, another SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest) and the golf course.
For those who can’t sit still there are excellent walking routes directly from the doorstep. The beach is where the famous Roma road, ’Peddars Way’ (46 miles) ends its journey. This is also where The Norfolk Coast Path crosses. Dogs are welcome on the beach all year round. Please keep your dog under control, particularly during nesting season. A few minutes’ drive further along the Coast Road you will find the traditional seaside resorts of Hunstanton and Heacham; both offer an array of activities to suit all ages.
There is a regular bus that runs every hour, stopping in coastal villages for you to explore. Whether you’re an avid birder or simply appreciate the beauty of nature, this hideaway is sure to delight you.
