Villa Giselle by Villas Guide

Villa Giselle is located in the idyllic village of Crklada, in the interior of Istria. Surrounded by vast fields, meadows and olive groves, this secluded villa will provide you with a peaceful vacation away from the noise and bustle of the cities. Every corner of the villa is carefully designed and decorated, from the pastel blue shutters on the windows to the rustic interior. Everything is completed with a swimming pool next to which you won't even think about the sea and the beach. It is designed for 8 guests, will gladly host groups of young people, and allows pets. Villa Giselle has it all and it's waiting just for you!

The interior of the villa is 270 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor you will find a rustically decorated space for relaxing and eating, consisting of a living room, dining room and kitchen. In the living room, which has a fireplace as its focal point, you will find a sitting area with a TV, and for those who enjoy games, there is a pool table. There is plenty of room for dining and socializing in the spacious dining room, and you can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The space is dominated by stone walls, which keep the room cool in the summer, and wooden ceiling beams, which add a touch of warmth.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. 1 room is on the ground floor, while 3 are on the 1st floor. The rooms are furnished with double and single beds, desks, wardrobes and chests of drawers. Some bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and some with a shower cabin. Towels, hair dryers and toiletries are provided.

In the courtyard of the villa, which covers an area of 2040 m², you will find a green oasis full of fragrant flowers and trees. The villa is completely secluded, so you will not have to worry about unwanted views, but you will have maximum privacy. With several relaxation areas, an outdoor dining area with barbecue and a sundeck by the pool, you won't even think about leaving the villa. In fact, you may want to extend your stay! Whether you are vacationing with family or friends, the villa has something for everyone. A basketball court? Table tennis? A game of badminton? Villa Giselle has it all!

Having said all that, we believe that you will spend most of your vacation right in the courtyard of the villa. If you decide to explore the surroundings, you won't go wrong. The interior of Istria hides many charms, and the sea is also not far away - you will need only half an hour by car to get to Poreč and Novigrad.
