"Tra Storia e Mare" is a comfortable and new apartment for 6 people, located in one of the central streets of Portoferraio, not far from the most beautiful beaches and the town centre. Completely renovated and furnished in a modern style, it is particularly recommended for couples or families who reach the island without a car or for those who want to spend a holiday in comfort and relaxation. The center of Portoferraio, a few minutes' walk away, offers a lot to see for its visitors: the imposing Medici fortresses, which show their beauty already to those arriving by ferry, framing the beautiful dock; the Villa dei Mulini, Napoleon's winter residence which overlooks the small Viste beach; the Vigilanti theater etc. In the evening it is animated by the life of the many restaurants, by the evening markets, by events and by the lounges of the boats which here find one of the safest ports in the Mediterranean. The Ghiaie beach is the closest to our apartment, reachable in a few minutes on foot and famous for its white pebbles and very clear waters; but in a few minutes by car you can also reach many others such as Capo Bianco, Padulella, Biodola, Scaglieri, Forno, Sansone and many others.
Apartment 4/6 people: the apartment "Tra Storia e Mare" is for 4/6 people and is located on the first floor of a building without a lift, in one of the central streets of Portoferraio. It is composed by an entrance with a small closet where there is the washing machine, a well-equipped kitchenette (complete with induction hob, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and kettle), a large living room with TV, a comfortable sofa double bed and a single bed, two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is new, very bright and well finished, with modern furnishings and equipped with air conditioning and heating. There is no private parking space, but there are some public parkings nearby.

Arrivals: check-in h. 16.00-19.30. Departures: check-out by 9.00. Utilities: water, electricity, air condition etc. included. Final cleaning: € 110.00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
