Great studio with sea views in the beachfront Mediterráneo Building, located in the heart of Marbella, surrounded by all the services the city has to offer, so the car is not necessary.
This magnificent west-facing studio has a large terrace with enviable views of the sea, Gibraltar and you can see North Africa on clear days.
The apartment consists of: access to the seventh floor via elevator or stairs (four elevators available); Access to the house we have the bathroom with shower on the right, we enter the living area with an open kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary to cook; large closet to accommodate your belongings, sofa, Smart TV , dinning area and separately the sleeping area through sliding doors that can be opened or closed to the client's liking with two single beds of 105 cm each, access to the wonderful furnished terrace, with amazing views over the sea and Avenida del Mar, with beautiful statues of Salvador Dalí.
