The living room features two sofas, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a floor-to-ceiling door connecting you to a beautifully furnished garden terrace. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and alfresco relaxation this space offers.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious homemade meals, including a coffee machine and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

There are two bedrooms. The first room has an XL king-sized bed, while the second has a king-sized bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials, including a bathtub; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Rathfarnham is a suburb south of Dublin, Ireland, approximately 6 kilometres south of the city centre. It's known for its residential character, green spaces, and historical landmarks. The area offers a mix of housing, from modern developments to more traditional homes. Rathfarnham Castle, a prominent local attraction, adds historical charm to the neighbourhood.

The nearby Dublin Mountains provide opportunities for outdoor activities, and the village has a range of amenities, including shops, schools, and parks. Overall, Rathfarnham offers a blend of suburban tranquillity and convenient access to Dublin's city life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Dodder Park Road, is just a 5-minute walk.

Dublin Airport is a 31-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
