The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware and crockery to fulfil your culinary requirements and a dining table for four guests. A washer is available for your laundry needs.
Upstairs, the first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and the second has a bunk bed (the floor bed is double, and the top one is single). Both bedrooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
