Otter’s Den is one of three converted barns each with its own character – this one was a grain store and has taken advantage of beautiful exposed wood beams and double height ceiling. It has been made open plan for those who like a lovely space to cook, eat and socialise together with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. And there’s a cosy open fireplace for the cooler months. This wonderful barn enjoys great views through its huge picture windows and French doors which open onto its own pretty garden and patio with a gas barbecue and tables.

Downstairs there is a double bedroom and family bathroom and upstairs three more bedrooms – a double en suite, one twin which can be made double on request and a further small bunk bed room.

Beautiful Grounds
Libbear Barton is straight out of Wind in the Willows. There are 40 acres to explore, including walks and adventures in the Wild Wood, a lake, stream and plenty of birds and wildlife – swallows, bluebells, a tractor making hay – and you may even see a badger. Between times, there’s a great choice of onsite facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, games room and a great playground for the little ones. Something for everyone.

Access
Access to Otter's Den from the car park is on a gravel path. The property is on the same level as the path (i.e. there are no steps). The ground floor is all on the same level and has a slate tile floor with some non slip rugs. The first floor is accessed from a wooden staircase and has wooden flooring.
