Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Light and modern holiday home situated in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor & outdoor swimming pools & evening entertainment program. Also, a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas.
In the park are lots of things for you to do. There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a café.
Passes to use the resort facilities are included in the resort fee charged with this booking.

Fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay watching the world go by on the lake.
Based in Hoburne Park there’s plenty to do for everyone.
The master bedroom has a storage area and a small dressing table.
There is an additional twin bedroom with storage
The family shower room has a shower, toilet, and sink
Kitchen complete with oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster
Our caravan has a light and airy living space. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area is set for 4.
There is a comfy corner sofa a fireplace and a front door leading out onto a sunny decking area overlooking the lake. the decking has a corner sofa perfect for sunny days watching the world go by.
You are welcome to bring up to 2 Dogs – charged £30 per dog (paid after the booking)
**IMPORTANT NOTICE **
Hoburne Cotswold will be starting extensive development of their facilities, bringing a brand-new indoor pool and soft play area in 2024.
The work for this starts on 6th November 2023 and is expected to run until mid-late May 2024.
**The new play area is now open - see pictures**
The indoor pool is due to open 24th May 2024
