One of the best beaches, wonderful property, great host

Patricia was a wonderful host and the villa was excellent as described. The rooms were comfortable and the location was near to Saint Francois, and one of the best bakeries in Guadeloupe. Anse de Rochers is a 5 minute walk from the villa. It was a wonderful beach with a nice restaurant, and some snorkelling right next to the main beach. Thanks Patricia!

Superbe location

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. Nous y sommes restés 4 semaines au mois de mai (2 adultes). Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié : - Grand logement - Avec terrasse et jardin - Très belle piscine - Accès à la plage privée (celle qui est sur les photos de l'annonce) à 5 min chrono à pied - La discrétion et la gentillesse des propriétaires - Belle vue sur la mer - Logement très équipé (tout type de casseroles, poêles, matériel de cuisine divers ; des fauteuils pour la plage ; ...) Sans conteste la meilleure location que nous avons eu en Guadeloupe (nous y sommes allés 4 fois), et que je recommande chaudement. Sejour agréable

Rez de chaussée d'une belle maison, logement bien équipé. Accueil très professionnel de Madame ROMAIN, la propriétaire. L'accès à la plage de l'Anse des Rochers se fait à pied, très pentu, un peu difficile à travers une résidence privée.

Appartement très bien équipé

Rien à rajouter par rapport aux questions précédentes. Seul bémol : il y a plu pendant notre séjour , et il manquait un étendage au linge à l intérieur, mais vraiment seul manque !

superbes vacances

Très belle propriété, très propre avec vue sur la mer. Accueil chaleureux et plein de petites attentions de la propriétaire. A votre arrivée, tout est prévu pour vous composer un petit repas et éviter ainsi d'aller faire des courses après la fatigue du voyage. Un panier plein de bon fruits exotique, et une bonne bouteille de planteur fait maison. Rien ne manque. Je recommande à 100%. Merci encore Patricia pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einer angenehmen Umgebung

Die Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern befindet sich im Erdgeschoss einer Villa mit Pool. Die Eigentümerin Patricia wohnt oben und bereitet den Empfang perfekt vor. Es gibt sogar einen Korb mit köstlichen Früchten sowie eine Flasche Punch. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist ein Traum. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Den großen Pool in der Anlage erreicht man nach zwei Minuten. Super Bäckerei in der Nähe.

Vacanza indimenticabile

Arrivati in tarda serata è stato facile trovare la proprietà perché l'host Patricia aveva disegnato una piccola mappa con tutte le indicazioni. Entrati in casa esausti dal viaggio siamo rimasti stupiti nel trovare latte acqua un cesto di frutta fresca pane e marmellata per la colazione. La casa in ottime condizioni e con tutti i confort descritti. Patricia mette a disposizione degli ospiti sdraio ombrelloni giochi per bambini e frigo bar da portare in spiaggia. In casa c'è una guida cartacea con le regole e tutte le indicazioni per rendere gradevole il soggiorno. Abbiamo comunicato tramite mail in più occasioni e ogni volta la risposta è stata immediata. Abbiamo trovato una persona disponibile e gentile. Sull'isola a giorni prestabiliti viene interrotta la distribuzione dell'acqua dalle 18 alle 6 del mattino successivo ma anche in quel caso ci ha fornito delle taniche di acqua pulita e una confezione d'acqua in bottiglia. La casa è circondata dal verde e la piscina è posta al piano superiore dotata di due cancelli per evitare che qualche bimbo possa finirci accidentalmente. Questa è una cosa che ho apprezzato molto avendo tre bimbi. L'uso della piscina è consentito fino alle 18 ma a quell'ora è comunque già buio. La casa è dotata di una veranda spettacolare dove si può godere anche di un bel panorama. La spiaggia è vicinissima e l'accesso è incluso compreso di parcheggio. Dall'appartamento al centro di s. Francoise si impiegano 5 minuti d'auto e 15 per arrivare a s. Anne. In pochi minuti si arriva alla spiaggia di raisin Clare e al mercato coperto. Che dire Abbiamo avuto la sensazione di entrare a casa nostra e non in una casa vacanze,Guadalupe ci è rimasta nel cuore e semmai dovessimo ritornare sicuramente contatteremo Patricia.

L'appartement est particulièrement bien équipé et sa situation permet de se déplacer facilement pour visiter Grande Terre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Patricia et ses attentions (corbeille de fruits, petits cadeaux de bienvenue …). Un grand merci à elle.

Excellentes Vacances sur l'île Papillon

C'est la 3ème fois que nous venions en Guadeloupe et la 1ère à Saint François. Nous n'avons pas été déçus, logement très bien équipé, calme et bien situé pour profiter des plages et des différentes activités de Grande Terre. Un séjour inoubliable

Nous venons de passer deux merveilleuses semaines en Guadeloupe! Nous ne pouvons pas en dire assez sur notre séjour avec Patricia et sa famille. Nous sommes un couple de retraités et nous voyageons depuis plus de vingt ans en utilisant des sites comme VRBO et Home Away from Home dans différents pays à travers l’Europe et l’Amérique. Patricia est de loin la meilleure hôtesse que nous avons rencontrée au cours de nos voyages, elle est une personne très spéciale pour nous… discrète, attentionnée et tellement généreuse. Se réveiller tous les matins avec la vue imprenable sur l’océan et écouter le son du vent à travers les palmiers nous manqueront certainement. Nous serons certainement de retour en Guadeloupe et visiterons Payricia bientôt. We have just returned home from a wonderful two weeks vacation in Guadeloupe. We cannot comment enough on our stay with Patriciaand her family. We are a retired couple and have travelled for over twenty years, using sites like VRBO and Home Away from Home, in different countries through Europe, America and South America. By far Patricia is the best host ever we have encountered in our travel, she is a very special person. She is discreet, caring and thoughtful. We have yet to meet anyone quite like her. Waking up every morning to the amazing view of the ocean, and listening to the sound of the wind through the palm trees will certainly be missed. We will definitely be back in Guadeloupe and visit Patricia very soon.

Bon Séjour, de part le super accueil de Patricia, sa disponibilité.

Le points forts: super accueil (mail chaleureux, corbeille de fruit à l'arrivée , bouteille de punch , cadeaux souvenir ), disponibilté de Patricia, sa discrétion , la propreté du lieu. Les points faibles pour moi ont été : le lieu car la piscine est à l' étage , la mer n'est pas assez proches : il faut monter une côté et en descendre une autre. Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR

Merci à Patricia pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, et toutes les attentions à notre égard. La maison est magnifique, et le logement est des plus agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petits déjeuners, avec le soleil, la vue sur la mer, les fruits de Patricia, la compagnie de petits oiseaux, et le soir, au retour de nos escapades, la piscine et le punch préparé par Patricia. La situation de cette appartement est un très bon point de départ, si comme nous, vous aimez partir à la découverte de cet archipel qui regorge d'endroits paradisiaques très variés.
