Excellent Customer Service

The place is a hidden gem. Nina is very responsive, kind, hospitable, and accommodating. Large bedrooms, separate combo/key entry into bedrooms with comfortable size, attached bathrooms. Provided amenities for washing hands, showering. Shower, face & hand Towels pp. A nice welcome provided in each room with a bottled water, a bottle of Prosecco with 2 flute glasses. WiFi available. Firm, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice blow dryer provided, Light breakfast included, excellent croissant, best cappuccino made. During the hot season only a sheet provided to cover you while sleeping. All places we stayed did this. AC provided in each room. Unfortunately, the AC didn’t cool the room, but Nina very kindly gave us some credit towards the inconvenience, which was very gracious of her. The set up, decoration and the convenience of getting into our rooms was like entering a nice hotel room. Clean room and shared kitchen between two rooms. Excellent location, only 5 minute drive to Valley of the temples. I would stay here again and recommend to folks as a place to consider for their stay. Suggestion, send Nina your passport information at least a day in advance, don’t wait for the request, as it’s nade lessvtgen 24 hrs and you may be in journey and not have WiFi for communication, and check in package. Either way, Nina was very pleasant and professional. Nina Provided exceptional customer service and care❣️
