Cozy and Charming cottage (1875) in the centre of old fisherman village Huizen!
The cottage has it’s own entrance and has a small garden around. It is in the middle of Huizen, walking distance to shops, restaurants and cycling routes. The town itself has a lot of history and walking routes. The surrounding villages are well known in the netherlands and are also well worth a visit.
The grocery store is a 5 min walk and to get to Utrecht and Amsterdam will take you roughly 30-45 min with public transport and 20-25 min by car. Busses stop around the corner and will take you to all the main stations in the area.
It is a very open and calming environment with lots of green.

It is such an old cottage but in the middle of the old town. The house has a lot of character.
