The Cottage
Goose Cottage is a beautifully renovated two bedroom brick & flint terrace cottage, with fabulous views of the sea overlooking Titchwell nature reserve.
On entering Goose Cottage you are welcomed into the cosy open plan sitting room with a sitting area at one end and dining area at the other. The sitting room has a comfortable sofa and armchair in front of a wood burning stove; the perfect spot to curl up with a book and take time to relax or watch a film on the television. At the far end of the room, by the French doors leading out to the garden, is a round dining table, comfortably seating four guests. The kitchen leads off the sitting room and is well equipped with a single oven, full height fridge freezer and plenty of work space for cooking. Beyond the kitchen is a utility area with a washing machine and a downstairs loo.
The staircase by the front door leads upstairs to the two bedrooms and bathroom.
The principal bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a window looking out across the marshes at the front of the cottage.
Bedroom Two is arranged as a twin room with views of the garden at at the rear.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a loo and hand wash basin.
Outside
The garden at Goose Cottage is part paved by the French doors with seating for morning coffee. The garden beyond is laid to lawn. There is a path between the adjacent gardens, which the neighbours have right of way to for wheeling dustbins through.
Parking is on the road directly outside Goose Cottage or alternatively, the owners have a separate arrangement with Briarfields, located on the opposite side of the road towards Brancaster and a short walk away. Please note that you will need to register your vehicle registration at reception should you choose to park at Briarfields.
Four-legged friends are welcome, but there is a small charge of £20 per pet and up to 2 are welcome. Please let us know if you wish to bring a pet.
