Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, gravelled area, furniture, and a hot tub, a non-enclosed front garden with lawn, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. 1 Kingswood Cottage is a superb base for an escape to Warwickshire. Note: The front garden is not enclosed. Please note; The owners of this property will visit very briefly during your stay to check the hot tub regulations.
