Located inside a secure, gated complex with manicured gardens, large communal pools and an easy location close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and boutiques, you can be assured of an easy, stress free holiday. The apartment has an allocated underground parking space with lift access and, should you need it, a secure lock-up, perfect for storing road bikes or beach accessories.
Walking inside the apartment is like a cool breath of air. The bright rooms are beautifully decorated with a neutral palette of wooden furniture, rattan accessories and natural fabrics. Both the lounge/diner and double bedroom have access via glass doors to a huge private patio, complete with sunbeds, al fresco eating area and further seating. This is the perfect space to retreat from the hoards on the beach, or to catch some rays in the cooler months when the patio becomes a warm sun-trap with it's South/West orientation.
Back inside, the bedrooms are fitted with recessed wardrobes and the bathrooms offer guests further storage by way of wall mounted vanity units.
The kitchen is a sleek, modern space, stocked to the brim with everything you'd need for in-apartment dining. Good quality appliances and a stylish, marble effect worksurface make this space a joy to cook in. Next to the kitchen a handy utility area leads out to a small patio with dining table and views towards the pool and gardens. A great spot to take breakfast while the kids head to the pool.
