The elevator of the building is not operational and it will be fixed by 31 March 2025. Since the apartment is located on the 3rd floor, access to the apartment during this time will be via the staircase. Our price has been adjusted to a 50% lower rate having in mind the above situation. No refund can be accepted because of the elevator not working during the above timeframe.
