a unique beachfront villa located in Mimice, a small picturesque fisherman's village situated on the Omiš Riviera. Due to beautiful landscape our traditional Dalmatian house is towering 20m above sea and beautiful pebbled beach. Location is ideal because of it's vicinity to a peaceful pirate town Omiš and also vibrant Makarska which is more touristy, exciting and full of life. Also, it's only 2:30h drive to one of the most beautiful ancient cities in the world Dubrovnik!

Why they chose this property
This is one of the most beautiful places south of Split. A lot of people from neighboring cities come to Medici and Mimice during the weekend because they know we have the prettiest beaches and the cleanest sea.
What makes this property unique
Villa Zara is very unique due to the fact it is located 20m above the sea level on the cliff above the beach, which is less the 100 steps from the house.
