Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled on the stunning north coast of Cornwall, Perranporth offers a plethora of activities for an unforgettable experience. Begin your adventure by exploring the three miles of golden sandy beaches, perfect for sunbathing, beach games, or a leisurely stroll along the shoreline. There is also a great playground for kids two minutes from the house. It also has a basketball court, tennis courts and a football pitch.

For water enthusiasts, the Atlantic surf at Perranporth is renowned, attracting surfers of all levels. Lessons are readily available for those eager to ride the waves. The iconic Chapel Rock, accessible during low tide, adds a touch of magic to the beach.

Nature lovers can embark on the South West Coast Path, revealing breathtaking coastal panoramas. Perranporth's own secret garden, the Droskyn Point, showcases diverse flora and fauna. There is also a lovely walk along the cliff top to St Agnes. Here you'll find many local delights including The Taphouse - a Tiki-themed bar and restaurant with fantastic Asian fusion food - as well as numerous other pubs.

Golf enthusiasts can tee off at the Perranporth Golf Club, set against the backdrop of rolling sand dunes. The town itself boasts a vibrant atmosphere, with charming shops, traditional pubs, and delicious eateries offering local delicacies. The Watering Hole is a local favourite situated right on the beach where you can enjoy regular live music and beers on the beach. If cocktails are more your thing, head over to the rooftop at Alcatraz.

In the summer, catch the lively events, including the annual Tunes in the Dunes music festival. Perranporth, with its blend of natural beauty and engaging activities, promises an idyllic escape for every type of traveller.

Getting Around:
Due to the remote nature of Cornwall, a vehicle is recommended for getting the most out of your time here. There is private off-road parking for 2 vehicles comfortably or 3 at a squeeze!

However, if you do not have a vehicle, the nearest station is in Truro. Trains operated by Great Western Railway run all the way from London Paddington. The station is then about a 20 minute drive from the property with taxis and fairly frequent buses available.

Other Things to Note:
One small-medium, well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms, are cleaned up after and are not left in the property unattended. Please be mindful to wipe your dogs paws before entering the cottage.

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available via message, email and phone during your stay. Any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch!
