This was a nice, attractive apartment with a commodious living/dining area and bedroom. The washing/drying machine was very much appreciated! The 2nd bedroom was very small, but accurately pictured in the listing. It had a double size bed. It would be fine for a family with children, but a little cramped for adults traveling together, however adequate and we felt very comfortable in the apartment. We enjoyed TVs with Netflix. The location was residential a little less than 1/2 mile from Richmond Station and the Richmond Quadrant. (If you feel too tired to walk home, taxis and UBERs are readily available). The owners were very accommodating and responsive to our questions. The description and photos of the listing were accurate, and we very much enjoyed our stay in Richmond.
Beds very comfortable, enough space for family of 4, kids were happy with Netflix, Virgin TV and WiFi. 5-10 min walk from Richmond station and free parking arrangements. Overall, good value for money.
Clean flat, location a reasonably short walk to train station. Good communication with Amir, who arranged a permit for our hire car, he needed to know make, model and registration of car. Only down side was bed settee, mattress very thin which left it uncomfortable. Weather was good when we were there and it would have been lovely to have been able to use the garden, but it was very overgrown. Would recommend this flat for four people.

Loved the location and a good base for exploring London
We enjoyed our stay - the location was very good. Within walking distance of the river, Richmond and public transport. We didn't spend too much time in the flat as we were out for much of the days. It was a bonus to be provided with a travel cot for our toddler too.

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood
Me, my husband, and our 20 year old son stayed here for two nights. The apartment had everything we needed and was close to the Richmond train station (how we arrived). It is in a quiet neighborhood that is in Richmond which was a nice area with many pubs, restaurants, shops, etc. within walking distance. The Richmond train station gave us access to the major attractions in London quickly but was then a nice break from the busy city at the end of the day. The owners responded quickly to messages, only issue we had was getting the address to the apartment sooner than the day of check in. Our flight was on a Monday but due to the time change from the US we arrived Tuesday very early and were literally standing at a customs desk having to fill out a form with the address of the place we would be staying. When I said I only have the street not the number the agent would not let us pass until I could give him the number. We had to wait while I messaged the owners for the exact address. Luckily the response was quick and there was internet access in the airport terminal. Having arrived at 7:00 am and flying overnight, we wanted to sleep but there was not much flexibility on checking in earlier than 2:30 pm which I understand the previous guests must check out and then the apartment needed to be cleaned. However, we were able to go by the apartment at 11:00 am and drop off our luggage as the cleaning people would be there. Once we did that, the person cleaning the apartment said he would be done in an hour and a half and we could return then. We were so relieved! Almost every place we have stayed in the past, hotel, motel, private residence, B and B, etc. has had a check in time but let us know if the room would be ready before that time if we arrived early by having the cleaning crew communicate when they were finished. Other than that, and the whole issue with the angry customs agent needing the address, the apartment was a great place to stay and I highly recommend Richmond if you want to be near London, but away from the crowds, noise, traffic, etc.

Great location
Nice flat quiet location. Would have been cramped for 6 people though. Sofa bed uncomfortable and lacking easy chair in lounge. Tv had no signal and garden area overgrown. Shower awkward to use but was fixed on the day we left. Room for improvement. Would recommend if these issues were addressed.

Great place to stay if visiting Richmond
Nice clean and cosy flat in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Only a short walk to Richmond station and the high street shops.
Nice touch was the welcome pack of toiletries and bottle of fizz.
Would recommend it highly.
