Toowoomba is a beautiful, converted boat house situated at the water's edge. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the villa is complete with a private swimming pool and a panoramic roof terrace. The spacious layout includes a large kitchen and dining area, all nestled in the picturesque cove at Les Issambres, just across the bay from Saint Tropez.

The main living area features French doors leading to a terrace that extends over the sea. Above is a stunning private roof terrace with a pool, sunbathing area, and breathtaking views of the sea and Saint Tropez.

The villa and terrace each cover 120 square meters.

The main room includes an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a lounge area with seating, and French doors opening onto the sea-facing terrace.

The house accommodates up to 8 guests and provides a travel cot and high chair upon request.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, WiFi, BBQ, and outdoor shower. The kitchen features two dishwashers, an induction hob, and an American fridge/freezer. The lounge area comes with a television, iPod docking station, and Bluetooth speakers.

Above the property you’ll find a spacious private roof terrace with its very own swimming pool, both offering spectacular sea views. Here, you can sunbathe or relax in the shade while watching boats sail to and from Saint Tropez. The terrace is furnished with sunbeds, parasols, a dining table, chairs, and a BBQ. Steps lead down to the beach, and there's an outdoor shower for convenience.
