Very pretty Corsican stone house completely redone with sea and mountain views 2 km from the village, 1.5 km from the beach of Péro, 2 km from the beach of Chiuni, 2 km from the port. Calm assured.

This house is composed of 3 floors with reversible air conditioning including:

- 1 American kitchen with living room fully equipped (fridge, hob, oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, iron, table, chairs, sofa bed + chaise, coffee table, ottoman, flat screen)
- 1 large room with 1 bed 160, 1 toilet suspended
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 which can be transformed into 180 with fitted sheet 180
- 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin, hanging toilet
- 1 cot
- 1 small terrace with table, chairs and umbrella in front of the lower bedroom.
- 1 yard with 1 large table, chairs and umbrella at the entrance.
- 1 small flower garden
- 1 barbecue

Close to the creeks of Piana, Porto and the nature reserve of Scandola, Cargèse is a small well-known seaside town with 2 churches face to face overlooking the port.
This village has all the necessary amenities and offers many activities (boat rentals, jetski, scuba diving, surfboards, sea trips, quad and horseback rides, hiking). A cultural center has just opened and will welcome you all year long.

Lovely calm place

We found the location as described. It is very quiet, lovely terraces and garden, you find shadow or sun whole day. 10 Minutes to nice beach with car. To Cargese 10 minutes as well by car. 5 minutes to next super market. You need a car, of course, that is our opinion. You have to be prepared, that access by car for last 100 meters is not that easy, because there are 3 very narrow curves and it is very very steep indeed for those last meters. It is definitely not suitable for very large cars like motor homes. The owner is very friendly and if you have some issue, reaction time is very fast. So if you are searching for a very special individual location, and you don't search a location with direct proximity to bars and restaurants and you do no need access to beach by foot, we recommend 100 %.

Quelle belle maison !

Ange a été très aimable et super accueillant. Nous avons pu profiter avec un couple d'amis de sa superbe maison familiale en triplex idéale pour nous (1 chambre par étage + la cuisine / salon / salle à manger au rdc). Le jardin est très agréable et la vue splendide. La maison est très près de Cargese et d'un supermarché: idéal donc pour faire les courses, profiter des restau de la ville et se balader sur la belle plage. N'hésitez même pas ! Je recommande fortement Merci Ange. On reviendra chez vous avec grand plaisir et je l'espère très vite

Ein gemütliches Häuschen mit netten Vermietern, obwohl die Kommunikation wirklich nur mit Händen und Füssen ging. Ein Platz zum entspannen!

The house is placed in a lovely surrounding. If you wish to pass a detending time offside mass tourism - this is the place to go. It has been renovated and furmished with style and it's equipment has anything you need.

Haus und Lage sehr schön

Haus liegt schön abgelegen und doch fußläufig nach Cargese (ca.35 Min.)und zum schönen Sandstrand (ca. 25Min.),dort am Strand tolle Bar mit Restaurante. Küche im Haus etwas mager ausgestattet,im Bad,und auch sonst keine Aufhängungsmöglichkeiten für Kleider ,Handtücher,usw. Es gibt keine Türen an den Schlafzimmern,so das alles ziemlich hellhörig ist! Vermieter sprechen nur Französisch! Sehr schön sind die Terrassen,man kann immer der Sonne ausweichen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr geschmackvoll.

Schöne neue Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist neu und schön eingerichtet. Für ältere Personen nicht so geeignet, da die Wohnung über drei Etagen geht und die Holzstufen recht schmal sind. Der Garten könnte etwas schöner angelegt sein - schade eigentlich. Aussicht ist super schön und die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super ruhig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Havre de paix à 2 pas du village

Bergerie très joliment rénovée située dans un hameau à 4 km de Cargèse. Intérieur rénové avec goût, fonctionnel, maison agréable sur trois niveaux. L'aménagement extérieur est à améliorer. Bonne maîtrise de son véhicule nécessaire pour accéder. Très belles plages à 5 minutes en voiture. Centre du village animé à 5 minutes.
