This sensitively restored property has been part of the adjoining farm since the 1960s, with the master bedroom formerly used to house farrowing sows and their piglets. The remainder of The Hayloft, as the name suggests, was used to store hay along with other farm produce from potatoes to corn.
The beautiful conversion has created a luxurious two-bedroom holiday home which has maintained the integrity of the building, whilst retaining many original features, and given it a new lease of life.
The impressive open plan living area with stunning vaulted ceiling showcasing the original oak trusses is flooded with light from the full height windows and glazed French doors to the front, arrow slit windows and roof lights and further French doors out to the courtyard garden. Your kitchen area is complete with oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washer/dryer.
There are two double bedrooms, both with king size beds. Downstairs, the principal bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, doors out to the courtyard garden and an en suite shower room with walk-in rainfall shower. Bedroom two is on the mezzanine level, overlooking the main living area.. The luxurious family bathroom with bath and separate shower is on the ground floor.
