Villa Athina Finiki is a self-catering holiday property, located among pin drop-quiet orchards, within walking distance from lively Latchi, Cyprus, with a private pool, stunning views, and really spacious for a family or party of six (6), who can be accommodated in three air-conditioned bedrooms. This charming villa is set in two levels; it is totally private, with a large sunny pool (14 x 7 m), lush gardens, and views over the bay of Latchi.

The ground floor consists of an airy open-plan sitting and dining space, with french doors opening onto the pool terraces and the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower.
The interior staircase lands on the upper level, which features two twin bedrooms, both of them with en-suite private shower rooms and balconies overlooking the bay.All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and this is provided free of charge by the owner, although the use of air-conditioning in the lounge area is charged extra (7.00 Euro per unit per day and payable directly to the owner).
The private octagon pool is set in between lush gardens; it is surrounded by sunny terraces, and it can be accessed from the villa via 3-4 small steps and then a small pathway. Next to the pool, a fully furnished gazebo has been established, along with a BBQ for those who wish to try their cooking skills whilst away from home or to dine al fresco. The sunny surrounding terraces and the well-tended gardens have been reported to be popular with children or elderly people, who will choose to spend their day home rather than walking down to the popular Latchi Beach. The ideal location of Athina Finiki with the close by amenities, together with the facilities and the amazing views offered, can only assure anyone of the occupants of a memorable and relaxing stay away from it all.
