Stepping through the doors, you're immediately welcomed by the restored, original flooring, filled with character. To the left, a utility area awaits, perfect for hanging coats and catering to muddy paws, accompanied by a convenient WC. Directly ahead lies the inviting lounge area, wonderfully decorated, and thoughtfully furnished to enhance comfort. A wood burner sets the stage for warm evenings, while a Smart TV provides entertainment against the backdrop of garden views. To the right, you'll find the kitchen/dining room, restored with charming, quirky finishes. Stone fascia over the oven/hob adds character to the well-equipped kitchen, complemented by a dining table with two benches and two chairs, all overlooking the garden. Ascending the stairs, you'll discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms, starting with a spacious king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, offering both comfort and convenience.
